DAFFODIL RECORDS

Established informally in 2021 and formally in 2024, Daffodil Records is an independent marketing office that collaborates with artists, designers, and founders who are looking to communicate their stories through modern tools.

Frame of mindThough we don’t produce music in the traditional sense, the output of this operation is perpetually motivated by the creation of an inaudible sound that travels like a tide would; constant, confident, sometimes mystical.

The frequency of this silent score is a kissing cousin to a dog whistle — it’s memorable, emotional and inherently designed for some but not all to hear. This is how we see “good” marketing. We don’t believe in trending content or subscribe to the craze of algorithms. We value research, well-rounded stories, and consider a brand’s digital footprint to be an opportunity for authentic camaraderie and inspiration.

We see the internet at large as a platform that has the power to be as overwhelming as counting stars or as enlightening as connecting the dots of a constellation. This is what our office aims to do for our clients, composing strategies that are kaleidoscopes of their world — what they do and how they see it.

To realign the medium of marketing with this mindset, valuing soft fascination over salesmanship and symphonies over hooks, will be our magnum opus.

Today: it’s autumn in New York.
